• About the Trial Edition

  Trial Limitations

  The Trial Edition has the following conditions and limitations:

  • No Concurrent Generations Allowed. Limited to generating one spreadsheet at a time. It will fail in a "real-world" server situation.
  • It cannot be Deployed. It cannot be used in a "real-world" situation. It can only be used for testing and evaluation purposes.
  • Info Sheet. Each generated spreadsheet contains a "made by SpeedGen Trial Edition" sheet.
  • 90-Day Limit. There is a 90-day limit, after which it will expire.

• A Server License is required to use SpeedGen ASP on a Server.

  Server Licensing Requirements

  A Server License is required for any Server that SpeedGen ASP is installed on.

  The only exception to this rule is if the Server is used only for development and testing purposes. In this case a Developer License is all that is required.

  Delivery of the Binaries

  After purchasing a Server License, you will receive SpeedGen ASP. This is identical to the SpeedGen ASP Trial Edition except that it does not have the limitations of the Trial Edition.

• Each Developer must have a Developer's License

  Developer Licensing Requirements

  A Developer License is required for each Developer. This allows a Developer to work on a Development computer without paying for a new Server License. A Developer License is limited to 1 concurrent generation. The Server License has no such limitation.

  Delivery of the Binaries

  There are no downloads associated with a Developer's License. Once you possess a Developer's License, you are allowed to install SpeedGen ASP on a Development computer ( this binary is available when you purchase the Server License )
