SpeedGen is the Fastest way to Generate Excel Documents. Nothing is Faster!

On a 866mhz PIII, 1,000 Rows of data can usually be generated in under 300ms! Even complex spreadsheets with multiple sheets, charts and large pictures can usually be created in a half second or less. (of course a slow database will slow things down. Also the EstimatedSize property must be set adequately or else the spreadsheet will be extremely slow for large workbooks)

SpeedGen can insert 16,000 rows of 12 column, numeric and string data pulled from an Access database (that's 192,000 cells) with formatting in under 3 seconds on an 866mhz PIII !

Microsoft Excel is NOT required for Generation

Note: The main bottleneck is usually the speed of your database. But SpeedGen reduces this bottleneck as much as possible through the use of the ReadAhead parameter. With it you can read multiple rows at a time, minimizing the number of database accesses.
